Here I am in my ritual bath
Just letting the water cleanse me away

Thoughts like bubbles come to the surface
And dive right back to the bottom again
Rippling back and forth until

Oils and herbs and fragrances sweet
Carry me out of the everyday world
Bringing me into an alternate space
Where I can relax and time stands still.
Cooling and soothing my body by candlelight
Incenses that unruffle my mind
Loving my body and helping it find
The balance I need - time stands still.
